Orders for available finds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
For custom-sourced items, processing time begins after client approval and full payment and may vary based on availability and seller location.
Shipping Method & Tracking
All items are shipped via tracked and insured shipping through a reputable carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.
Signature confirmation may be required for high-value items.
Insurance & Risk of Loss
All shipments are insured while in transit.
Responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer once the carrier marks the package as delivered. Cheri’s Reclaimed Luxe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address entered by the buyer cannot be rerouted, refunded, or replaced due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Insurance & Risk of Loss

A refund or resolution will only be considered if an item arrives severely damaged as a result of shipping, consistent with our Refund Policy.
To be eligible:
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the item and original packaging must be provided
The damage must not have been disclosed in the original listing or description
Once reviewed, an appropriate resolution will be offered, which may include filing an insurance claim through the carrier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable.
Final Sale Alignment
Due to the nature of luxury resale and personal sourcing, all items are shipped as final sale.
Shipping does not constitute a return, approval period, or refund window.
