Refund Policy - the basics
Due to the nature of luxury resale and personal sourcing, all sales are final. At Cheri’s Reclaimed Luxe, each item is carefully sourced, authenticated, photographed, and described in detail before purchase.
For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, fit, wear expectations, or buyer’s remorse.

Final Sale Items
All items, including custom-sourced pieces, are considered final sale once purchased and/or approved by the client.
Acknowledgment: By completing a purchase or approving a sourced item, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

​Custom sourcing deposits and sourcing fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Damaged in Transit
A refund or resolution will only be considered if an item arrives severely damaged due to shipping.
To be eligible:
The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the packaging and item must be provided. The damage must not have been disclosed in the original listing or description. Once reviewed, an appropriate resolution will be offered, which may include a refund or insurance claim through the carrier.
