• Prices for available finds and sourced items may vary based on availability, condition, and market value at the time of sourcing.

• Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and PayPal.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment information.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of luxury resale and personal sourcing, all sales are final. Cheri’s Reclaimed Luxe does not accept returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, fit, wear expectations, or buyer’s remorse. A refund or resolution will only be considered if an item arrives severely damaged due to shipping. Any such damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by clear photos of the item and original packaging. All custom-sourced items, approved finds, deposits, and sourcing fees are final sale once work has begun or approval has been given.

6. Damages and Liability

• We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the use of our products.

• In no event shall Cheri's Reclaimed Luxe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
