How It Works
1. Submit Your Request
Tell us what you’re looking for, including brand, style, budget, and preferences.
2. Secure Your Spot
2. A non-refundable sourcing deposit is required before sourcing begins. This ensures dedicated time and access to our network.
We Source Your Piece
3. We search across trusted suppliers and private channels to find the best available options.
You Approve & Purchase
4. Once approved, a sourcing fee is applied and your item is secured.
Pricing Structure

Sourcing Deposit
$50 for items under $2,000
$100 for items between $2,000–$6,000
For higher-value items, deposit may increase based on complexity
This deposit secures your request and is non-refundable.

Sourcing Fee
A 20% sourcing fee is applied to the final item price upon successful sourcing.
This covers:
Time-intensive searching
Access to exclusive inventory
Authentication guidance
Negotiation and deal sourcing

Turnaround Time
Standard sourcing: 3–10 days
Rush sourcing (if available): Additional fee may apply
Important Notes
All sales are final unless item arrives with significant undisclosed damage
